- 8 oz thin rice noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup sliced tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the rice noodles to the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
