- 1 cup of brown rice - 2 cups of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - 1 red bell pepper, diced - 1 yellow bell pepper, diced - 1 small onion, diced - 1 cup of chopped broccoli - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon of ground cumin - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 avocado, sliced - 1 lime, juiced - 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro

Method
