- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, and green beans)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Wok or large frying pan

Method
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked chicken and shrimp and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the meats are heated through.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt to the wok or frying pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes or until the rice is heated through and well combined with the other ingredients.
- Remove from heat and transfer the fried rice to a serving bowl.
