Recipe Tips

To prevent the rice paper wrappers from sticking together, place them on a damp towel after soaking them in water. This will also make them easier to work with. If you are having trouble rolling the wrappers, try folding the sides in first before rolling it up. Don't overfill the rolls, or they will be difficult to roll and may tear. Dip the rolls in the sauce before taking a bite for the best flavor experience.
