- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over the top. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the noodles are heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the noodles among plates and serve hot.
Notes
