Method

  8. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until evenly distributed.
  9. Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.

  • This dish is best made with leftover rice that has been refrigerated overnight.
