Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

For best results, use leftover rice that has been refrigerated overnight. This helps to dry out the rice and prevents it from becoming mushy. If you don't have leftover rice, you can cook fresh rice and spread it out on a baking sheet to cool before using.
