  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add olive oil to the pot and heat it up.
  2. Add chopped onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they become soft.
  3. Add cubed chicken breast to the pot and cook until it turns brown.
  4. Add rinsed and drained white rice to the pot and stir it with chicken and veggies.
  5. Add chicken broth, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir everything well.
  6. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and lock it. Set the pressure valve to the sealing position.
  7. Select the rice function on the Instant Pot and set the timer for 12 minutes.
  8. Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
  9. Open the lid of the Instant Pot and fluff the rice with a fork.
