- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- A baking dish

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from inside.
