- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped potatoes

Method
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and set it aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. 3.
