- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Method
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and spiralize them into noodles using a spiralizer.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the sweet potato noodles to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
6. Pour the sauce over the sweet potato noodles and toss to combine.
7. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the noodles are fully coated.
8. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro.
9. Serve the sweet potato noodles hot and enjoy!
