- 1 bag of mini marshmallows (10 oz)

- A microwave-safe bowl
- A 9-inch square baking dish
- A spatula
Method
- Grease the baking dish with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rice crispy cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the marshmallows, butter, vanilla extract and salt (if using).
- Microwave the marshmallow mixture for 1 minute and stir well. If the mixture is not fully melted, microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted.
