Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and chili peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the protein and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the pan and stir-fry for another minute or two.
  8. Remove the pan from the heat and add the fresh Thai basil leaves. Stir to combine.
