Ingredients

  • 2 cups of white rice

  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Notes

This recipe can easily be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. You can also add in other vegetables such as corn or peas for a different twist.
