- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

- Mixing bowl

Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Peel and slice potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 4.5 qt baking dish and spread it evenly.
